Who is eligible: All artists who identify as female.

Eligible media: 2-dimensional unframed work that can be hung on a wall such as painting, drawing, collage, prints, fibers, photography, etc., and no larger than 18”x24”.

Cost:  No submission fee, but a hanging fee of $30 for Expressions Members ($40 for non-members) is due on the day of delivery to the gallery.

Sales commission: Non-members retain 50% of retail sales / Expressions Members retain 60% of retail sales.

Number of eligible pieces:  One (1) to three (3) pieces can be submitted. All pieces will be judged and the artist is not guaranteed entry to this exhibit.

Guest Juror: Shilin Hora, botanical artist and nature enthusiast, from The Seed (ShilinHora.com GrowStudio.org), and the Expressions Board of Directors.

Right to Refuse: Expressions Studio retains the right to refuse any works of art if it does not meet the eligibility requirements.

Delivery: Special shipping arrangements will be made with artists who cannot deliver the work in person. Expressions will not be held responsible for stolen or lost art shipped to the gallery address.

Submission Requirements: All entries must be submitted through our website. No emails, compact discs, thumb drives, or paper copies will be accepted at the gallery.

• Jurying Notification: Monday, July 26

• Delivery of selected work: Saturday, August 7, 1-4pm

• Exhibition dates: Monday, August 9 to Saturday, September 25

• Pick up date: Sunday, September 26, 1-4 pm

• In-person Art Reception & Award Ceremony: Saturday, Sept 25, 1-4 pm
  Expressions will follow CDC guidelines for safe gathering of groups of people.
