Call For Entries: Small Print Exhibition 2025
Artists are invited to participate in this exhibition that celebrates all forms of printmaking on a small scale. Planned to run during the 26th annual What’s Blooming on Harrison festival, this exhibit is meant to highlight the unique variety of printmaking techniques and methods that artists utilize when creating their images. Deadline for receipt of work, May 9, 2025
Show opens: Saturday, May 17th, 11-5pm
Closing reception: Saturday, June 21st, 6-9pm
Artists are invited to participate in this exhibition that celebrates all forms of printmaking on a small scale. Planned to run during the 26th annual What’s Blooming on Harrison festival, this exhibit is meant to highlight the unique variety of printmaking techniques and methods that artists utilize when creating their images.Work does not have to have been created specifically for this exhibition, but it does need to follow the below listed criteria. Hand-pulled prints including etchings, lithograph, wood and linocuts, mezzotints, screen prints and monotypes will be accepted. Fully digital work will not be accepted.

Criteria & Info:
Paper size MUST be 5” x 7” (vertical or horizontal).
All prints must be received no later than May 9th to be included in the exhibition.
Printed image does not need to fill the sheet and bleed prints are allowed.
All prints that do not bleed off the paper should be square to the edges of the paper.
Giclees, photographs and fully digital work will not be accepted.
Artists may submit up to two separate images.
Submitted work must have been completed in the last 3 years.
Submissions MUST include a SASE for the return of the work at the end of the exhibition.Submissions without the SASE will not be returned unless a SASE is received prior to the opening of the exhibition.
International submissions must include the International shipping fee ($25 USD) for return of work.
All work must be for sale and be priced under $200USD
Artists will retain 70% of the retail price.
Artist’s will be reimbursed for sold work refunded shipping costs following the end of the exhibition via PayPal.If an artist requires a check, it will be mailed via USPS within three weeks of the close of the exhibition.
Expressions Studios reserves the right to reject entries that diminish or alienate specific individuals or groups of people.
All prints will be exhibited in an acetate sleeve for protection, therefore, no framed or matted work will be accepted.
All work must be up for the duration of the exhibition, unless a print has sold.
Submission fees are non-refundable.
Cost:
First print - $25 submission fee
Second print - $5 submission fee
International shipping for return of work: $25, paid via PayPal only, includes packaging.
